Full Care Package
Birth and Postpartum Support
Birth Support & 3 Week Postpartum Support

Prenatal Visits customized. to your This is a time for us to get to know each other discuss birth plan, comfort measures, and in-depth childbirth education for you and your partner.
Monthly to weekly calls depending how far along you are in your pregnancy. These will normally take place after your medical appointments. I will however be available anytime via email or text between the hours of 8am to 6pm unless you are 37 weeks or beyond.
I will remain on call from 37 weeks until you deliver.
Postpartum Support will begin immediately after birth. I will stay up to three hours after birth to make sure you are comfortable and if breastfeeding baby has latched properly. I will call the next day to check on mom and baby. Once discharged from the hospital you will have two to three visits weekly depending on your needs. Each visit will be for three to four hours and will consist of light housekeeping (dishes, pickup etc.) light laundry for you and baby . Baby care so mom can sleep or sho

Immediate Post-Partum Support

I will call the next day to check on mom and baby. You will have two post-Partum visits about an hour long to check on how you are doing and if have any questions or concerns.
